Parking Lot
August 25, 2010Why do we use a Parking Lot?
- You can have input as to what goes on in your classes.
- You can ask a question privately but get a public answer.
- You can share very cool ideas without disrupting the flow of class (I am SO guilty of this!)
- You can “stick it and forget it”; you know how something can just BUG you and it is all you think about? Putting it on the Parking Lot can help you move on.
I’ll post some examples of other Parking Lots once I get the RED X thing figured out for pictures on my blog.

March 12, 2010We’re in an inservice for using Technology in the classroom and I’m wondering, what can I do better with this? I love technology. I love the web. I love Web 2.0. How can I get my love for this imbedded in my teaching practice in an authentic manner while not ignoring the person-to-person connections we want as teachers?
